Preferably we should look for residential / semi commercial, low decibel, ground floor, 1500 -2500 sqft. Area, consisting of 3-5 rooms, 2-3 washrooms, with some open space for outdoor activity, is good to start the preschool.

A budget of INR. 2.50 Lacs – INR 10.00 Lacs is required to start new preschool (based on your preferred business model), which includes the Franchisee / Service fee, as well as the equipment cost. But we always suggest our clients to  keep an additional budget towards operative cost i.e. INR. 2.00 Lacs – INR 3.00 Lacs.

Initially we prefer to start with 1 co-coordinator, 2 teaching staff, 1-2 ayas and 1 security staff.

We suggest to decide the fee after making the local survey i.e. competitor’s analysis, per capita income, living standard of the area etc.

The central level marketing is taken care by the organization but the local marketing activity is the prerogative of our franchisee. But time to time, we also assist our franchisee in local activities in various ways i.e. cost sharing, event organizing, different workshops / seminars etc. to increase the footfalls.

Staff recruitment is also the prerogative of the franchisee, but we also assist them in short-listing the staff.

Yes, without proper training and induction program we never allow any facilitator / co-ordinator to continue with their task. This training is taken care by us and the cost is borne by the franchisee.

Yes, in our policy we have mandated it, as we believe our franchisee must know the business first, to take care of center operation properly.

No, there is no Royalty/ Revenue sharing in our franchising model!

It’s 200 % or more over a period of time.

The layout of the center would be provided from us along with the color code. The classrooms, indoor activity / outdoor area’s equipment will be provided with LPRM (Learning and Playing Resource Materials ). The office / reception / waiting area furniture, has to be procured by the franchisee as per our guidelines.

Agreement would be signed for 5 years and further it would be renewed on mutual understanding on payment of renewal fee.

MOU validity would be maximum of 45 working days from the date of execution.

No, the franchise fee / MOU fee / LPRM cost once paid, is non-refundable.(LPRM- Learning and Playing Resource Materials)

The LPRM payment must be made at least 30 days before the inauguration, so that we could transport the materials from our HO to the destination on time.

The cost would be borne by the franchisee or as mutually agreed upon.

If the property is finalized and all the payment towards franchisee fee / LPRM cost is made, it takes 41-60 days to make the My Junior Preschool operational.

Preschool / business can be started any time, as the admission goes on round the year. But preferably one should target to stat between Oct-Mar or July–August to start the business, to generate healthy admissions.
