My Junior School offers a unique combination of an NEP 2020-aligned curriculum, proprietary SIMPLE Approach and LSDW Method, professionally trained facilitators, safe and child-friendly infrastructure, Smart Learning with AR & AI, continuous developmental assessment, strong parent-school partnership, experiential learning, and holistic child development. Our mission is to nurture confident, compassionate, creative, and future-ready learners who develop a lifelong love for learning.

We understand that every child adapts differently. Our caring facilitators provide personalised attention, gentle encouragement, engaging activities, and emotional support to help children feel safe, comfortable, and confident. We also work closely with parents to ensure a smooth and positive transition into school life.

At My Junior School, assessment is a continuous, child-friendly, and observation-based process designed to monitor each child's overall development rather than academic performance alone. Our facilitators conduct monthly developmental assessments to evaluate progress across cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, creative, and life skill domains.

Children are assessed against age-appropriate developmental milestones through classroom observations, participation in activities, practical experiences, and everyday interactions. The assessment helps identify each child's strengths, areas requiring additional support, and individual learning needs.

Parents are regularly informed about their child's progress through Parent-Facilitator Meetings (PFMs), progress reports, and the Parent Mobile App, ensuring a collaborative approach to supporting every child's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Children are encouraged to make age-appropriate choices, develop self-help skills, take responsibility for simple tasks, solve problems, communicate confidently, and participate actively in classroom activities. These experiences gradually build independence, responsibility, and self-confidence.

At My Junior School, every aspect of our learning environment is thoughtfully designed to support the holistic development of young children. Our infrastructure, learning resources, and classroom experiences are carefully planned to meet the developmental needs of children aged 18 months to 6 years, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where they can learn, explore, and grow with confidence.

Our centres feature:

  • Spacious, well-ventilated, safe, and child-friendly classrooms designed to encourage active learning and exploration.
  • Developmentally appropriate Learn & Play Resource Materials (LPRMs) that support cognitive, language, sensory, creative, and motor skill development.
  • Dedicated indoor and outdoor activity areas that promote physical fitness, social interaction, teamwork, and experiential learning.
  • Smart Learning Zones equipped with age-appropriate digital learning tools, including AR and AI-enabled educational resources, to enhance curiosity and engagement.
  • A clean, hygienic, secure, and emotionally supportive environment where every child feels respected, valued, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.

Together, these elements create a joyful learning environment that nurtures children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, creative, and language development while laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

At My Junior School, we believe that parents are a child's first and most important teachers. We actively encourage a strong partnership between home and school, recognising that children thrive when parents and facilitators work together towards their overall development.

Parents are involved through regular Parent Orientation Programmes, Monthly Parent-Facilitator Meetings (PFMs), developmental progress reviews, counselling sessions, classroom celebrations, field trips, educational seminars, parenting workshops, and special school events. Our Parent Mobile App also keeps families connected with real-time updates on attendance, classroom activities, photographs, announcements, and their child's progress.

By maintaining open communication, transparency, and meaningful collaboration, we ensure that parents remain actively engaged in supporting their child's learning, development, and well-being both at school and at home.

Yes. Parents are requested to send a healthy, nutritious snack for their child each day. At My Junior School, we believe that healthy eating habits developed during the early years contribute significantly to a child's overall growth, development, and well-being.

To support parents, we provide a recommended Nutrition Chart suggesting age-appropriate snacks for different days of the week. The chart encourages a balanced diet by introducing children to a variety of healthy food groups, flavours, and textures while promoting positive eating habits from an early age.

Snack time is also an important learning experience. Children enjoy eating together, practise good hygiene and table manners, learn healthy food choices, and develop independence in a warm and caring environment. We encourage parents to avoid sending junk food, carbonated drinks, or highly processed snacks, and instead choose fresh, wholesome, and nutritious food that supports their child's healthy development.

At My Junior School, holistic development is at the heart of everything we do. Our NEP 2020-aligned curriculum, supported by our proprietary SIMPLE Approach and LSDW Method, is carefully designed to nurture every aspect of a child's growth—including cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, creative, and life skills.

Children learn through age-appropriate, activity-based, and experiential learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Our well-trained facilitators provide personalised attention, continuous observation, and developmental assessments to ensure that every child progresses according to their individual abilities and developmental milestones.

Holistic development is further strengthened through a safe and nurturing environment, thoughtfully designed learning resources, field trips, creative activities, Smart Learning with AR & AI, regular Parent-Facilitator Meetings (PFMs), and active parent-school collaboration. Together, these elements help every child develop confidence, independence, curiosity, compassion, and a lifelong love for learning.

Yes. Our curriculum is aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF). We emphasise experiential learning, holistic development, foundational literacy and numeracy, creativity, critical thinking, life skills, and joyful learning to prepare children for lifelong success.

The SIMPLE Approach is My Junior School's proprietary learning framework that combines the strengths of internationally recognised early childhood education philosophies. It promotes holistic development through play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning while nurturing children's cognitive, emotional, physical, social, language, and creative abilities.

The LSDW Method is My Junior School's unique teaching methodology that encourages children to learn through multiple sensory experiences—Listening, Seeing, Doing, and Wondering (exploring and discovering). This approach makes learning engaging, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate for young learners.

Our curriculum gradually develops language, literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity, confidence, life skills, and social-emotional abilities through age-appropriate activities. By the end of Senior KG, children are well prepared for a smooth transition to primary school with strong academic readiness and independent learning skills.

A typical day includes circle time, language activities, numeracy, creative learning, music and movement, indoor and outdoor play, storytelling, hands-on activities, snack time, life skills, and guided exploration. Every activity is carefully planned to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.

The safety and well-being of every child are our highest priorities. Our centres provide child-friendly infrastructure, hygienic classrooms, age-appropriate learning materials, secure premises, trained facilitators, and well-defined safety and emergency procedures to ensure a safe learning environment.

We thoughtfully integrate Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into selected learning experiences to make concepts more engaging and interactive. Technology complements our activity-based curriculum and supports visual learning, exploration, and curiosity while maintaining a healthy balance with hands-on experiences.

Yes. Carefully planned field trips and real-life learning experiences form an integral part of our curriculum. These visits help children connect classroom learning with the real world while developing observation, communication, social interaction, environmental awareness, and confidence.

Children participate in art, craft, music, dance, storytelling, pretend play, role play, science exploration, celebrations, and hands-on learning experiences that encourage imagination, self-expression, innovation, and creative thinking.

Yes. Festivals, national days, environmental awareness programmes, cultural celebrations, theme-based activities, and community events are integrated into our curriculum to help children appreciate diversity, develop values, and learn through meaningful experiences.

We maintain regular communication through the Parent Mobile App, Parent-Facilitator Meetings (PFMs), progress reports, school events, newsletters, and important announcements. Our goal is to build a strong partnership between home and school for every child's development.
